Finally got the 86 Squire finished (or ready for now). Its sounding great and looks great to me. I've done a very slight relic job since the most of the hardware was already 20 years old.

Looks really good...every time I see that color I get the urge to use it on a project. (Of course, I say that about every color.) Love the matching headstock. Cool

Dang, that's so purty i think i'll do the same!
i have a mighty mite jazz body in maple that has been calling me. and a warmoth neck that has been the natural partner for it----- only diff, i would do fretless on mine.

Thanks for all the kind words.

No worries about the stand. This guy mostly stays in my gig bag. In fact it just loogged a bunch of miles from Austin to Lubbuck to San Angelo to Victoria and then back to Austin.

I'm going to let it settle for a year and the try to do some paint checking on it.
