I've owned just about all of them, but this one gets it. That's an HD500X on the floor that won't be getting much use anytime soon.

Looked at the site, pretty cool. Great price too.

Did you have to join their wait list?

One of the great features is the ability to use 3rd party IR's natively.

There I was ready to throw down for a Kemper ... maybe I'll get one of these and do their 15 day trial.

I have to say that I'm happier with the Amplifire everyday. I grabbed one of their Atomic CLR active Wedges. Killer FRFR (full range flat response) powered monitor.

Pulled the trigger on a used one today and it includes the Michael Britt profiles which interest me. Should have it this week.

Only thing I can't find is a definitive " system requirements" list for the software. All they have on the site is "mac " and "PC" , pretty vague.

It doesn't install on the PC, you just run it. Works on Win 10 and below.. I have it running on El Capitan also.

I was looking for the like button Smile

Randy the M Britt presets that came loaded in mine are very good.

I've had some issues with it cutting out and I must say Atomic / Tom King's customer service has been very good.

Just updating this .

The unit I had was technically not under warranty but Tom at Atomic replaced it with a brand new unit, I cannot speak highly enough of his attention to this matter.

I took the time to A/B the Amplifire and Kemper and sonically they're not that far apart. I have no desire to " profile " any of my amps, I just wanted something to use in the studio at night and not disturb the household so went with the Amplifire. Besides working well in the studio it sounds great through an old Crate wedge I have so might try it live some time.

I have the Atomic CLR active wedge. One of their FRFR solutions. It is LOUD and works extremely well. A pair of these live would be plenty for a club setting.

Very basic part, but that's probably best to hear the characteristics.
