Looking to start a new project , Jazz bass and have only gotten a body from warmoth. Although very happy with it just curious what you guys think of some of the other companies ... USA Guitars, Muskraft

I think i'm going with musikraft for the neck ...

I'll be doing the finish myself with RR

I really like USA Guitar bodies. You can call Tommy and tell him what you are looking for and that is exactly what you will get.

I like the Warmoth stuff but they are a bit more rigid with wood weight selection. They will tell you we have what we have and not really hand pick a slab for you. Just my experience. USACG will really go a little further for you when it comes to customizing or getting a light weight body. JMO.

Every body I've had from Warmoth, USACG, and Musikraft has been great.

My favorite 'custom' order was from USACG, who have also given me the best bargains (I have 2 Swamp Ash tele bodies that I got for under $80 each).

Structo's right about the A&D stuff though - I check their ebay page every couple of days.
