I like them all but if I had to pick one it would be 3. I think the cream looks better with the white pickguard.

I also vote #2. When that color ages with a tort guard...... *shivers* Oooooo, lookout! I'm drooling here.

Color selection is probably one of the most difficult decisions to make!
It's like, before you get the body, you're pretty sure you know what it's going to be.
Then the body arrives and it has a great grain pattern.
So now you're tempted to go with a trans finish. But there is this one spot that you think won't look good with a burst so you're back to opaque colors.
So you decide on Daphne Blue but then you see another forum members Surf Green. Ad nauseum.
That's why when my wife and I decide to paint a room in our house I always let her choose the color. I know it's a cop out, but it works for me.
I did pick Vintage Cream for my latest project because of the great guitars that Rockles and Tele built.
And I know it says banana pudding in the description but those guys pictures didn't really look that yellow when I saw them.
Maybe with the tort guard on there it will tame it down.
Or maybe I will decide to paint it Daphne Blue.............. Laughing

That tort looks great....

that's my vote.

I would consider a maple neck though.

Maple is not an option on this one... already bought the ebony boarded neck. Next is going to be a Tele with a ebony strat neck ala Deluxe with Bigsby.

THEN.... a maple necked strat! Very Happy

I voted for #1. That's what I want to do to the Squier body that needs refinishing.
