Thanks for that. ^^ Good thing I asked, that wouldn't have been pretty. Very Happy So, I got my sherwood green and sand and sealer. My new questions are:

1. How many coats of s and s should I put on?
2. Before putting the primer on, should the s and s be scuffed up? Because this stuff is going on as smooth as butter.

Also, the saga neck has a big paddle looking headstock so you can cut it how you like it. Would anyone happen to have a template for a CBS era big headstock? I searched the forums and could only find templates for the 50's style smaller headstock. I was gonna use a mighty mite but the neck pocket is cut a little strange and am not sure if it will fit so I figure I'll give the saga neck a shot. Very Happy

P.S.- Sorry for my multitude of questions, just want to get this done right.

Thanks everyone!

Ok, maybe I will do my own design, I'll think about it. But, how many coats of s&s do I need? I already have 3 light to medium coats on. Is that enough? I'm asking because I hardly even used 1/4 of the can. Is this normal?

wasn't this a SAGA kit? Don't they arleady come sealed? I would think that you are probably good to start sanding.

Its also related to why pickup makers generally don't take other makers who offer things like II/V P90s seriously... it's basically just marketing BS.
