| If I got a strat body with a regular humbucker route in the bridge would I need to route it more to be able to mount an angled full size bucker ala Billie Joe's Blue. Warmoth makes a pickguard for an angled hb |

Yeah...Unless it's one of those big swimming pool routes, you'll most likely need to nip out a little bit of wood front and back as well as hog out a bit more at the bottom to make room for the pickups "feet". | thanks, I haven't gotten one yet. I'm planning to get a classic vibe 50s strat and put a Duncan JB in the bridge to just be a punk beater. |
